On 11–12 June 2026, the CircularPSP consortium gathered in Istanbul for its 6th and final onsite meeting, hosted at the historic Casa Botter building. Representing TAGES, Leyla Arsan, Erdem Gülgener, and Eda Telli joined project partners and procurers from across Europe in a hybrid format to reflect on achievements, align final activities, and prepare for the conclusion of the project.

As Phase III enters its final stage, with implementation activities concluding at the end of July and the project officially ending in August 2026, the meeting provided an important opportunity to review progress and coordinate the remaining tasks required to ensure a successful project closure.
Over the course of two days, consortium members discussed the continued development and validation of the innovative circular solutions being delivered through CircularPSP. The consortium also welcomed project suppliers CircularAI and VCG.AI. Particular attention was given to AI risk assessments, commercialisation updates, and the planning of follow-up activities that will help maximise the project's impact beyond its formal end date.

The Istanbul meeting also coincided with a broader effort to engage stakeholders and showcase the project's outcomes. On 11 June, CircularPSP partners participated in a dissemination event held at Metrohan, bringing together experts, city representatives, and innovation stakeholders to discuss how digital solutions and artificial intelligence can support the transition towards more circular cities.
This conversation will continue at the upcoming CircularPSP event in Brussels on 2 July 2026, through live platform demonstrations, city testimonials, and a structured roundtable discussion focusing on the policies. As the project approaches its conclusion, the final consortium meeting marked not only the completion of a significant phase of work, but also the beginning of the next chapter: ensuring that the knowledge, tools, and solutions developed through CircularPSP continue to support cities in their journey towards a more circular and sustainable future.
