CircularPSP Phase III in Motion: Consortium Meeting in Stockholm

The CircularPSP consortium met in Stockholm, Sweden from 30 September to 1 October 2025, following the early September launch of Phase III, focused on real-life rollout and follower testing.

Over two productive days, representatives from the project and suppliers (CircularAI and VCG.ai) came together to discuss progress, align implementation plans, and ensure a smooth transition from prototype to full-scale deployment. TAGES was represented by Erdem Gülgener, Vice Chairperson and Eda Telli Yamamoto, PhD, project expert contributing to the strategic discussions on AI-powered circular economy innovations and their real-world applications.

Key topics of discussion were:

• Onboarding and localisation of solutions in multiple languages across pilot sites.

• Refinement of business and commercialisation plans, building on the insights from Phase II testing.

• Operational coordination and planning for Phase III activities and upcoming missions.

The meeting provided valuable opportunities to exchange feedback, strengthen cross-country collaboration, and fine-tune the rollout strategy. With the first wave of on-site onboarding planned for November and the organisation-wide deployment expected in December, the consortium is moving confidently towards large-scale implementation.

The collaboration between CircularPSP and its suppliers, CircularAI and VCG.ai, continues to drive forward a shared vision of a smarter, data-driven circular economy—where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

As the project gears up for the final phase, particular emphasis is being placed on fostering knowledge exchange among consortium members and leveraging the collective expertise of all stakeholders to anticipate challenges and swiftly address them. The team’s commitment to open communication and iterative improvement is evident. This proactive approach strengthens the foundation for long-term impact, ensuring the solutions developed are adaptable, scalable, and responsive to the diverse needs of participating pilot sites.

Looking ahead, the consortium remains focused on delivering tangible results that demonstrate the transformative power of digital tools and artificial intelligence in advancing circularity across Europe.
