Navigating the Frontier of Food Marketing


"Marketing Strategies Training in Innovative Products" within the scope of TÜBİTAK MAM’s TUGİP INNOFOOD Project, had held on 29-30 April 2024 by Prof. Gonca Telli Yamamoto from Tages RDI.

At the forefront of innovation, the TUGIP INNOFOOD Project (https://tugip.org.tr/tr-TR/Detail/innofood), coordinated by Ms. Deniz Bayhan, continues to chart new territory in the realm of food marketing. With a keen focus on fostering creativity and ingenuity, the project recently concluded a transformative training session aimed at empowering stakeholders within the food industry with cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Hosted on April 29-30, 2024, this immersive training experience attracted a diverse cohort of industry luminaries, SMEs, and budding entrepreneurs eager to unlock the secrets to success in an ever-evolving market landscape. Guided by the expertise of esteemed thought leader Prof. Dr. Gonca Telli and the collaborative efforts of TAGES RDI, participants embarked on a journey of discovery, exploring the intricate nuances of modern marketing within the food sector.


Over the course of two dynamic days, attendees were treated to a captivating array of topics designed to stimulate innovation and drive tangible results:
