On March 24–25, 2026, the CircularPSP consortium convened in the Sandyford district of Dublin for its fifth onsite meeting, marking another significant step in advancing circular innovation. The event assembled project partners and procurers from across Europe, engaging participants through a dynamic hybrid format. TAGES was represented by CEO Leyla Arsan and projects expert Eda Telli, who actively contributed to insightful discussions and collaborative working sessions.

Across two productive days, the consortium focused on the critical implementation of Phase III. Building on the progress made during prototype testing, participants collaborated on strategies for real-life deployment of innovative circular solutions. Conversations centered on maintaining development momentum and ensuring alignment among all cities and partners, with the objective of achieving consistent progress across the consortium. This meeting underscored the commitment to shared goals and the value of cross-European collaboration in driving circular economy transformation.
A key highlight of the meeting was the engagement with project suppliers, CircularAI and VCG.AI. The suppliers shared their commercialisation strategies and presented initial results from their impact evaluation activities, offering valuable insights into the scalability and real-world applicability of the developed solutions.

The meeting in Dublin reinforced the strong collaboration between procurers, partners, and suppliers, marking another important milestone in CircularPSP’s journey toward delivering impactful, market-ready solutions for circular cities.

This collective effort not only showcased progress in developing innovative circular solutions but also highlighted the consortium’s dedication to fostering a sustainable future. By sharing strategies, evaluating real-world impacts, and ensuring alignment across all participants, the CircularPSP consortium continues to lay the groundwork for lasting change in urban environments. As Phase III advances, the ongoing exchange of expertise and commitment to shared objectives will be vital in transforming cities and driving the adoption of circular economy practices throughout Europe.
Looking Ahead: Istanbul Meeting
The forthcoming consortium meeting is scheduled to take place in Istanbul on 11-12 June 2026, hosted by the main procurer, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, alongside TAGES. This gathering will provide an opportunity for the consortium to continue its collaborative efforts, build upon the progress achieved in previous phases, and further strengthen cross-city partnerships within the CircularPSP project.
